Historic Pinecrest Packages

We can accommodate groups of 50 to 250, and our diverse packages make it easy for you to perfectly host your event at the best venue in Colorado Springs. All of our packages include unlimited phone, email, and texting support, as well as access to communicating directly with the owners. You can also schedule a private tour of all of our wonderful facilities throughout the week.

Chapel Inclusions

Our beautiful Colorado Chapel will make you want to say "I Do" again and again. It's nestled against the foothills and is a stunning location for a romantic mountain wedding. There is ample seating and a gorgeous aisle for your grand entrance.

It includes:

• One hour rehearsal, usually scheduled from 12:30 - 1:30 pm, the day prior to your wedding
• All standing décor, floral arrangements, and candelabras
• Parking attendant to greet your guests
• Bridal dressing room at Chapel with three (3) makeup stations
• Groomsmen dressing room at Chapel with mirror, table, chairs, and couches
• Elegant entrance table for guest sign-in book or picture matting
• Digital sound system with mixing board - along with wireless microphones and instrumental inputs (if using a Pinecrest preferred DJ)

Reception Inclusions

Our breath-taking vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and space for up to 250 guests are just a few details that make our Colorado Event Center ideal. The stage at the front of the room is perfect for a head table, and will keep you the center of attention. The dance floor and reception amenities are a delightful way to keep your guests entertained.

It includes:

• All dining, head table and gift table setup
• Tables (seat 6-7 guests) and cushioned chairs
• Wide variety of colored table linens & napkins to select from
• Bone white china dinner plates and cake plates
• Silverware: knives, forks, and spoons
• Coffee cups and water goblets
• Use of outdoor decks and porches with views of surrounding mountains, creek, and occasional wildlife; deer, bear, coyote, and fox
• Cake table with lit décor
• Event manager to assist your caterer to cut wedding cake
• Use of fireplace, firewood and tending, if desired, in cold weather -fireplace is lit with candles during warm weather
• Hardwood dance floor
• Digital sound system with mixing board to provide the entertainment to MC your reception (if using a Pinecrest preferred DJ)
• Pinecrest staff will perform all clean-up and tear-down at the end of the event time

When you host your Colorado Event at Historic Pinecrest, you have our whole team to help with the event, but you also have access to The Lodge! This cozy building is great for family reunions, birthday parties, out of town guests, the wedding party and more! Here are a few different events you can celebrate at Historic Pinecrest and why our magnificent Colorado lodge would be ideal!

Family Reunions

With nine bedrooms, the lodge can comfortably sleep 20 people, making our beautiful facility perfect for family reunions. There are two levels to this building, allowing for your family to spread out. A majority of the rooms have their own closet, and there are six bathrooms between both levels. Our venue is located in the breathtaking Colorado mountains, and will be a wonderful spot for your reunion in any season. Weddings

The lodge would be a wonderful place for you and your family to stay before the wedding. This venue is perfectly suited for your out of town wedding party, family or guests. The open design allows for plenty of space to prepare for the event and the full-service kitchen and high-speed WIFI access will make the accommodations more comfortable than surrounding hotels. The Lodge is booked separately from the chapel and event center, so if you're interested in adding this to your package, be sure to ask about it when you book your event.

Birthday & Anniversary Celebrations

The Historic Pinecrest Lodge can be a wonderful location for birthdays and anniversaries. You can gather your loved ones together and enjoy our cozy lodge with fireplaces on each floor, or the great outdoors where the Colorado mountains surround us. No matter how you choose to enjoy your event, we know that the Lodge will be a perfect fit for you. The living room/dining room can seat up to fifty people, allowing for plenty of space for people to celebrate with dining and dancing. This is a great option for smaller gatherings and events.

Family Reunions at the Historic Pinecrest

The Historic Pinecrest is a wonderful place to plan your next family reunion! The cozy, intimate setting of our beautiful Colorado venue will make the perfect spot to enjoy times with your family. We have two venues that would be ideal for your family reunion, so whether you have a small group of people gathering, or all of great grandpa's decedents, we can fit you all comfortably for a great event.

The Lodge

Pinecrest Lodge is perfect for a smaller family reunion. It can sleep 20 people, making it ideal for families who want to spend extended time together. The lodge features 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with a full-service kitchen and Wi-Fi. There are two levels to the building, with a family room/living room on each level, as well as fireplaces where you can curl up and tell stories about family history. In any season, a family reunion at The Historic Pinecrest would be perfect!

The Event Center

This gorgeous event center is an amazing room to host your large family reunion in Colorado. It can accommodate 225 people, and has a great stage area for fun games, or speeches from members of the family. The hardwood floors make for a fun spot to watch Great Aunt Grace do the electric slide, and the buffet area in the back is perfect for providing ample food and drinks for the family.

5 Ways to Host An Amazing Family Reunion

1. Start Planning Early
The earlier you get the date on the calendar, the more members of your family will be able to make it. In fact, having a date and location set one year in advance is acceptable and desirable, especially if you'll be planning this event for the busy summer months.

2. Have A Committee
There is nothing wrong with spreading the planning around to the whole family. In fact, everyone may be more invested in the event when they've had a part in planning it.
